He's spent his career immersed in the world of communications and marketing, and has carved out a niche developing strategies that connect and engage consumers both online and off. Christian has worked with a wide array of clients over the years including Kraft, Samsung Mobile, Morgans Hotel Group, Ciroc Vodka, HBO, AMC, Microsoft and Pepsi to name a few. He's been on the board of Social Media Week since the beginning.

Part sleuth, part sage, and a lover of the psychology behind what makes people tick, Helene is immersed in hiring and retaining top talent at the agency. She honed these skills through ten years in the executive search industry focused on placing top talent in the marketing and digital space. With agency experience from her early career roles in media planning and sports marketing – it was a natural jump for her to bring her recruiting talents in-house and help to continue to foster the amazing culture at MRY.

Eric boasts one of the longest-standing tenures at the agency (employee # 9 in our New York office to be exact) and has served in several integral roles along the way. His prior account service experience has afforded him a thoughtful approach to all things client finance and account operations. Eric joined MRY after several years at the NBA, where his passion for sports was exceeded only by his enthusiasm to over-deliver for league partners. His jump shot may need some work, but when it comes to MRY’s integrated offering, Eric has simply done it all with tremendous success.

At MRY, Matt and his team have worked to bring social to brands such as Coca-Cola, P&G and Microsoft. In his prior stint at BBDO, Matt was an integral part of some of the most visible global campaigns for Gillette and Pizza Hut. His expertise in brand-building and a keen sense of style earned the hearts of the MRY crew. Matt graduated Syracuse University, where he was given the plum radio time of midnight to 3am for his sports and hip-hop show, which was described by one area local as 'slammin'.

From 'My Life, My Card' to 'More Flags, More Fun,' Melissa discovered a knack for bringing integrated, four-word campaigns to market alongside some stellar clients. Her experience spans global, retail, tech, financial, beauty and entertainment across almost every medium imaginable. An advocate for mentorship inside and outside the agency walls, Melissa has led award-winning programming for PENCIL, served as a Big Sister and AWNY mentor, and sits on the board of Change for Kids.

Matt Britton is known throughout the advertising industry as an expert in social media and experiential marketing. We know him as our fearless leader, an innovator, a risk-taker, a visionary, and yes - a consummate Phili-fanatic.
Matt currently serves as founder and CEO of New York-based MRY. Since founding the agency in 2002, the agency has worked with some of the world’s leading brands—including Victoria's Secret, P&G, Microsoft, Nike, and Ford. Matt's tenacity led to the acquisition of MRY in 2011 by LBi International, a global marketing and technology agency based in the UK.

David has had the great pleasure of working for some of the most amazing clients, big and small. He's worked for the likes of Dos Equis, Kraft, Volvo, Ford, BlackBerry, Reckett Benckeiser, and Wendy's to name a few. David's path has taken him from the smallest shops, to some of the largest integrated agencies. He's worked in-house for magazines, publishers, museums and entertainment properties along the way. And fortune has recognized him through nearly every major award group. Which is pretty cool.

Dan not only has a passion for business, he has a passion for building businesses. He has overseen and bolstered the financials and operations of start-ups and international advertising/pr/marketing agencies alike. In fact, shortly after joining MRY, Dan helped incubate and spin-off our tech startup, Crowdtap. While there are no Effies or Lions for actually running a business, Dan has had the distinction and pleasure of chairing the 4A’s National Finance Committee. And it's in no small part due to his efforts and passion that MRY consistently wins "Best Place to Work" awards. AdAge ranks us a proud #2 in the industry as a whole, and #1 in New York City.

Laura is an accomplished integrated and social marketing executive with 30 years of experience in executive posts with Revlon, Iceland Spring, Keller Fay Group, Zyman Group, Alcone Marketing and Clarion Marketing and Communications among others. Laura graduated from the School of Communications at Ohio University.
As Chief Evangelist of Mr Youth, Laura’s primary role is to engage top marketers of leading brands to learn more about the agency – both through her extensive network of relationships and by building new ones. She is known as a passionate networker and connector who thrives on helping others.
An active WOMMA member since 2006, Laura resides in Roswell, GA with husband Stu and sons Max and Jake.

Evan grew up memorizing TV commercials and then pitching his parents on why they needed said products. On his journey to becoming a modern day adman, Evan honed his skills at both the largest and smallest of companies, including UBS Financial Services and an entrepreneurial fashion start-up. Good fortune led Evan to MRY in 2007 and, during his tenure, he has enabled the agency to work with clients such as Coca-Cola, L'Oreal, Crayola, Sony and State Farm. Evan is actively involved in a number of philanthropic organizations and sits on the Young Entertainment, Media, & Communications committee of the UJA-Federation of New York.
